Grandpas are invited to join in celebrating the completion of the Youth Police Initiative (YPI). This program partners the White Plains Youth Bureau with the Police Department to encourage positive relations between law enforcement and youth.
Grandpas are invited to celebrate the completion of the Youth Police Initiative (YPI) with a trip to the bowling lanes!
